Joe Kiefer joined Rainbow as Customer Service Manager in September 2025. He focuses on ensuring positive customer experiences through clear communication and timely solutions. Kiefer brings 19 years of logistics experience from C.H. Robinson, providing a strong foundation for leading our customer service initiatives. He holds a Business Management degree from Saint John’s University. Kiefer’s favorite part of his role is hearing about how our work positively impacts the customers we serve.
