Holiday Design Customer Experience Supervisor

My name is Diane Karst and I am the customer experience supervisor for Rainbow Holiday Design. I have been working in the customer service industry since 2009 and started with Rainbow in February of 2017 as a client experience coordinator. My main focus has been managing inside sales and overseeing our client experience for our holiday design customer experience team. I love the work we do at Rainbow from helping customers achieve their perfect holiday design, to providing the best customer experience we can. In my free time, I enjoy going on hikes with my dogs, spending time outdoors, and working on house projects.
